Tag Event
The Tag event type is used to cause actions based on the condition of a tag or combination of tags.
Discrete type tags can trigger an action based on the tag's transition from one state to another.
A numeric tag type can trigger an action based on a condition for the value of the tag.
Number of Tags
- Up to four tags can be used in combination to trigger events.
- These tags can be combined in up to five different ways to create the Event Trigger.
- The tags can be discrete, numeric, or a combination of both.

From the Database tab in the top Ribbon, select Event Manager Database.

If the Tag goes outside of this range, the Event is triggered. Inside Range: Select a Minimum and Maximum range for the Tag value. If the Tag goes inside this range, the Event is triggered. Other Operations: Any of the other operations require just one value to which the Tag will be compared. If the value of the tag makes the condition true, the Event is triggered. |
