Connect to SureServo2 over RS-485 with Modbus RTU

The XEM CPU can use the built-in RS-485 port to control a SureServo2 (SS2) servo drive.

Index positioning can be done over Modbus RTU between the XEM CPU and the SureServo2 drive.
