Show/Hide Rung Comments

Rung Comments can be hidden to save programming space, or they can be revealed to add clarity to the program. You can toggle Rung Comments using the Show/Hide Button on the Show/Hide Toolbar, or you can accomplish the same thing by selecting Rung Comments on the View Menu.
