Built-in Encoder Inputs of the XMC

The XMC has two built-in RS-422A Line Driver Level encoder inputs.

• Input Voltage is 5 VDC (3 VDC to 6 VDC).

• Input Current 2 mA to 7.5 mA.

• Minimum on guaranteed voltage is 2.5 VDC.

• Maximum off guaranteed voltage is 1 VDC.

• Supports Line driver and open collector type encoders.
