Tag Name | To make the email address variable and easy to edit, click to select the Tag Name radio button and then select an ASCII String tag for the email address. This allows you to change the email address with the value in the String tag, for example, a Text Entry object. |
Language of Send Message | Click the drop-down arrow and select the language of the email. When you add an address to the address book, the language for a specific entry is used by the Event Manager Mail Action to determine the email text of the Message as configured in Event Manager. For example, Person A is configured in the Address Book with Language 1 selected, and Person B is configured with Language 2 selected. In Event Manager, the Mail Action Subject and Message Body are configured with different text for Language 1 and Language 2. When the mail is sent, the text used for Person A will be the Language 1 text and the text for Person B will be the Language 2 text. This is useful when multiple addresses (both Person A and Person B) with different languages are targeted by a single Email Action. |
- Click OK.
- The new address is added to the Address Book Database.
