CLICK PLUS Address Book

The Email Client feature is available for all CLICK PLUS CPUs. The Address Book is used to manage the destination email addresses. These addresses are used in the Email Instruction for the fields: To, CC(carbon copy), BCC(blind carbon copy).

There are three modes of creating a destination email address:

Note: All Email Addresses are limited to 128 total characters in length.

Add/Edit: Select a Row Number first or double-click the Row to open the Edit Email Address dialog.

Delete: Select a Row Number first then select Delete; a popup will confirm the deletion.

Copy: Select a Source Row Number first then click Copy. Next, select the Destination Row then click Paste.

Replace: Replace will open the Address Book Search/Replace dialog. This is used only for the Email Book fields: Name, Email Address.

Import: The Import Address Book feature allows you to import an external CSV file. To import an Address Book CSV file, it must have a properly formatted header row. To ensure the proper format, create the file by Export and edit it. It is easy to edit a CSV file in Excel, but when the editing is done, be sure to save the file in the CSV format. Imports always overwrites the existing addresses (File Priority).

Export: The Export Address Book feature allows you to export to an external CSV file. This can be used to share settings between projects, or to allow editing in Excel for later Importing.
