My USB programming cable is connected to my panel. [port name]The green indicator next to USB in the Communication Setup window is visible indicating communication.
The green indicator [port name] light Beside the USB radio button means that the USB is connected, but it does not necessarily mean [port name]the panel and PC are communicating. [port name]If the Transfer [port name]button is not active, then the panel and PC are not communicating [port name]properly.
First:
- Make sure that the panel is not running setup [port name]screens (i.e., calibrations screen).
- If the panel is [port name]running setup screens, exit all setup screens to return to [port name]operation mode.
- When setup screens run they may cause [port name]the problem described above. [port name]
Next:
- If a PLC is connected to the serial port [port name]of the panel, disconnect it.
- If this corrects the problem, [port name]then check your grounding for the PLC and the panel.
- If [port name]this does not correct the problem, reinstall the USB driver.

Yes. You can export Tag Names, Messages, Recipes, and Address Books to any application that accepts Excel files or a .csv file (comma delimited). However, Recipes are exported as .csv file format and Messages are exported as XLS format only. To learn more, see Export Menu.

Yes. You can import Tag Names, Messages, Recipes, and Address Books in Excel or .csv file to C-more. However, Recipes import as .csv file format and Messages import as XLS format. To learn more, see Import Menu.
