The Recipe Database allows you to create, view, and edit Recipe Sheets for use with Recipe and Call Recipe objects. The Recipe Database contains up to 99 Recipe Sheets.
Note: When you load a project to a panel, Recipe Sheets referenced in objects used in the project load to the panel. |
Access the Recipe Database
To access the Recipe Database, do the following:
- From the Main menu, click the Recipe button in the Database section
— or — - in the Navigation window, click the Function tab, click Database to open the drop-down menu, and then select Recipe Database as shown below
— or — - in the top Menu ribbon, click the Database tab then click the Recipe Database button.
- The Recipe Database window opens as shown below.
- This window enables you to add, edit, delete, export, and import Recipe Sheets.
- Reference the figure above and complete the fields in the table below.

Field | Description |
Add | Add a new Recipe Sheet. This will open a new Recipe Sheet that can be edited immediately. |
Edit | Opens the selected Recipe Sheet for editing. |
Delete | Deletes the selected Recipe Sheet. |
Import and Export | Recipe Sheets may be exported, modified, and imported. See Editing Recipe Sheets Using Excel for more information about editing Recipe Sheets. |
Caution: Once you delete a recipe sheet, you cannot recover it. |
