The offering includes thru-beam, polarized reflex, diffuse and clear object models, all designed in a rugged industry-accepted rectangular package, allowing OEMs and system integrators to utilize a standard design even as application requirements change. Flexibility of input supply voltages (10-40 VDC and 12-240 VDC/24-240 VAC) and output types (relay, transistor, or solid state relay) makes system integration easy. Features such as light/dark operation selection, gain adjustment and multi-color LED indicators are designed to reduce maintenance costs.

Nine models of diffuse style infrared sensors are available, with a maximum sensing range of ten feet. Polarized reflex models use a visible red sensing beam for easy setup, include a reflector and offer a sensing range of up to 16 feet. Thru-Beam sensors utilize an emitter-receiver pair for an extended sensing range of up to 500 feet. Clear-object detectors are used to reliably detect nearly-transparent objects at a range of up to 45 inches. These specialty sensors also use a visible red sensing beam and include a reflector.

All sensors are IP67 rated, and are available with cabling choices of a built-in quick-disconnect style mini connector, a micro (Euro) DC connector, a micro AC connector, 7.5” micro AC pigtail connector or a 6-ft. integrated cable.
