Metrol Precision Limit Switches from AutomationDirect

Cumming, GA --- July 24, 2019 ... Metrol limit switches provide precision, repeatability and a long service life. Four new types of Metrol precision limit switches are now available from AutomationDirect.

The actuator of new sliding/angled offset limit switches (from $63.00) detects objects traveling straight on or sliding into the actuator from an angle with 5-micron repeat accuracy.

Metrol low contact-force limit switches (from $38.00) are available with 5 or 10-micron repeat accuracy and an ultra-sensitive contact force of only 0.1 Newtons and are ideal for applications requiring extra sensitivity.

High-vacuum resistance style limit switches ($192.00) with 3-micron repeat accuracy and an ultra-small design are an excellent choice for installations inside a vacuum, such as environmentally controlled manufacturing processes.

High-temperature stopper limit switches (from $158.00) are rated up to 200°C and incorporate a mechanical stop along with the limit switch function, eliminating the need for a separate stop in many applications.
