AutomationDirect has expanded its extensive enclosures offering to include additional double door freestanding enclosures with removable hinge pins, stainless steel screw cover junction box enclosures, polycarbonate pushbutton enclosures, and new deep hinged window door kits in painted and stainless steel.

Universal deep-hinged doors with concealed hinges offer a viewing window for clear visibility and are ideal for protecting operator devices such as HMIs and keypads while allowing monitoring of these devices. The doors with polycarbonate windows are available in various sizes to fit compatible Hubbell-Wiegmann NEMA 3R, 4, 4X or 12 rated enclosures.

The viewing windows allow the operator to monitor the devices while the door is latched shut, keeping them protected during operation. The doors have quarter-turn style latching for easy access, concealed hinges with removable pins, and are fabricated from 14-gauge carbon steel or 14-gauge 304 stainless steel. The carbon steel models have a light-textured gray polyester powder finish, and stainless steel models have an intermediate polished finish.

A drill template and mounting hardware are provided; poured-in-place gaskets seal both the door and the mounting surface. Universal deep-hinged window doors start at $358.00.
