New FAL Series diffuse axial and right angle M18 standard (18mm diameter) tubular metal laser sensors are the ideal solution for tough industrial automation applications with reduced space requirements. The Class 1 or Class 2 laser source provides a visible red beam for easy alignment with excellent noise suppression and high immunity to external light. Four FAL Series models are available: Class 1 laser axial with detecting distance to 100mm; Class 1 laser right angle with detecting distance to 80 mm; Class 2 laser axial with detecting distance to 150mm; and Class 2 laser right angle with detecting distance to 130mm. Operating voltage is 10-30 VDC with light-on / dark-on complementary N.O. / N.C. outputs. NPN or PNP logic versions are available and sensitivity is potentiometer adjustable. FAL Series laser sensors are IP67 rated; prices start at $124.00.
