First Scan Interval [x100=μsec]		SWR-001530	Holds the value of the First Scan Time. Note: On the first scan the CPU conducts additional housekeeping and initialization checks. Therefore an additional 500 msec. is added to the Maximum Scan Interval time set by the user in the hardware configuration window. Example: Maximum Scan Interval (default = 500 msec.) + 500 msec.
