New Window

The New Window and Edit Task in New Window options provide the user with the ability to duplicate an existing Task in a New Window displayed in the Ladder Editor.

Accessing New Window

There are two methods to access New Window.

Method 1

Select New Window from the WindowMenu of the Main Menu.

Method 2

Select Edit Task in New Window from the Task Manager panel by selecting the Task and right clicking the mouse.   This will pop up a menu where Edit Task in New Window can be selected.

When the user selects New Window or Edit Task in New Window, a duplicate window of the selected Task will be displayed in the Ladder Editor.  Several windows can be opened simultaneously and viewed using the following options which are accessed from the Window selection of the Main Menu.
