Offline

When beginning a new project or opening an existing project file, the project will open in the “Offline” status which is disconnected from the CPU. When working Offline, all programming and configuration options are supported with the exception of the following:

• Monitor Mode
• Run, Stop, Debug modes
• Reboot CPU
• Remove CPU Project
• Compare Retentive Tags
• Get CPU Scan Time
• Login as Another CPU User

Accessing Offline

Offline can be accessed using three methods:

Method 1

Select the Offline Icon on the Control CPU Toolbar.
 

Method 2

 

Select the Offline menu item from the CPU Menu of the Main Menu.

Method 3

 

Select Offline from the Control CPU topics of the Application Tools panel.

The Offline condition is indicated on the Status Bar located at the bottom of the Main Screen as well as the Offline Icon on the Control CPU Toolbar.
