XG5000 Host Table (IP Addresses)
XG5000 allows the user to create a Host Table to limit access to the XMC. The host table stores IP addresses of hosts that are allowed to connect to the CPU.

IP addresses not on the list will not have access to the CPU.

Up to 16 IP addresses can be registered.

In an open XG5000 project, double-click on the local Ethernet connection in the Project window.

Choose the Security Setting tab from the window that opens up.

Select the checkbox Enable host table to turn on host table settings.

Enter IP addresses for hosts that are allowed to connect to the CPU.

Press OK to accept settings.

6 | Perform a Check program and Write new XG5000 project to the CPU to enable the host table. |
