WORD and DWORD over Modbus

XG5000 supports DWORD and WORD data types.

• C-more does not have these data types.

• Unsigned int 16 C-more type can be used for WORD XG5000 data type.

• Unsigned int 32 C-more type can be used for DWORD XG5000 data type.
