XG5000 Project I/O Setup

This example shows the steps needed to setup I/O using XG5000.

  • The XGB PLC rack for this example included a XEM-DN32HP CPU, XBE-DC16A (Slot 2), XBE-RY16A (Slot 3), XBF-AD04C (Slot 4) and XBF-DV04C (Slot 5).

  • XBF-DV04C CH0 is used to control the frequency of the GS20 drive.

  • XBF-AD04C CH0 is used to receive the output frequency from GS20 drive’s analog output.

PID Loop settings can be accessed from Internal Parameter section of the Project Window.

PID Auto Tuning settings can be accessed from Internal Parameter section of the Project Window.
