Checkmarks

The Red Check identifies fields that must be filled. If the Red Check is visible, either the field has no contents or the contents do not satisfy the requirements of a legal entry.

The Yellow Check identifies fields that may be filled but are not required.

The Green Check identifies a field that has been filled with a legal value.
