Battery
RTE-031	Low Battery	2031	—	The internal battery is low. Replace the battery.
E-mail
RTE-041	E-mail Connection Error %Address%	2041	%Address% is e-mail address.	The SMTP address in the panel network settings is incorrect.
RTE-042	Send E-mail Error %Address%	2042	%Address% is e-mail address.	The email address in the address book is incorrect. Or the panel cannot access the server. Check the DNS server settings, and confirm the panel can access the internet.
RTE-043	E-mail Failed. The file cannot be attached.	2043	—	—
Send FTP
RTE-051	FTP Connection Error %Address%&%ID%	2051	%Address% is FTP address. %ID% is log in ID	The FTP service settings in the panel network are incorrect.

RTE-103	Wrong Data - Row:%Row% Col:%Col%	2103	%Row% is line number. %Col% is column number.	The numeric character data in the recipe file is incorrect.
RTE-104	Wrong Tag - Row:%Row% Col:%Col%	2104	%Row% is line number. %Col% is column number.	The numeric character data in the tag data recipe file is incorrect.
RTE-105	Recipe - Index(%Row%) error	2105	%Row% is line number.	The Recipe record number is outside the acceptable range.
RTE-106	Not enough buffer memory	2106	—	Memory allocation failed.
RTE-107	Recipe file cannot be written	2107	—	The recipe file write failed.
RTE-108	Wrong File Format	2108	—	The recipe file format is incorrect.
RTE-109	Not enough Memory Space in %Device%	2109	%Device% is “Built-in Flash”, “SD1”	The storage location does not have enough available memory to store data.
Action
RTE-121	Action overflows.	2121	—	The number of actions executed in the event exceeded the maximum number.
SD Ejection
RTE-130	SD1 has been removed from the panel and the panel has stopped. To restart the panel, insert the SD1 card and press Reboot.	2130	—	SD1 is not inserted.
RTE-131	The panel has detected a Project file in SD1 and in the Panel Built-in-Flash. Only one location can contain a project. See Help File topic Project Storage/Boot Location	2131	—	The panel booted with a project on both the SD1 card and the built-in flash memory. Clear one of the project locations.
Time Error
RTE-141	Date is Incorrect.	2141	—	This error can occur if power is off for more than 30 days and the internal battery is empty.
Remote HMI Error
RTE-151	Remote HMI Handshake Timeout	2151	—	The Remote HMI did not communicate for more than the communication cycle setting.
SRAM Error
RTE-500	SRAM Check Sum Error	2500	The SRAM was cleared or corrupted most likely due to the battery running down on the panel while powered down more than 30 days.	Cycle power to the panel and transfer the project to the panel again. Leave panel on for 24 hours to fully charge the battery. If panel is powered off for more than 30 days routinely, this error can be disabled in the Panel Manager.

Error Code Causes and Possible Solutions

RTE-004

Possible Cause	Solution
The external storage device (USB, SD, and so on) has not completed the data write.	Complete the data write before you start a new process.
The SYS xxx EJECT tag stopped the process during the data write.	Put the memory device back in and try again.

RTE-042

Possible Cause	Solution
Incorrect send-to email address in the Address Book database.	Make sure the send-to address is correct.
Incorrect send-from email address in the Panel Settings Email Client tab.	Make sure that the email address and password are correct in the Panel Settings Email Client tab.
The email server is specified by URL but no DNS server is configured.	Open the panel network dialog, select the Ethernet Port settings and confirm a DNS server is configured
No internet access	From a PC with confirmed internet access ping the C-more's IP address
Email server blocks send-from or IP address.	Examine the server requirements and limitations.
Email server requires an SSL connection.	Examine the server requirements and limitations.

RTE-130

Possible Cause	Solution
The project exists on the SD card inserted in SD1 and when you remove the SD card, the project is no longer on the panel.	Insert the SD card that contains the project into SD1 again. Versions after 6.14 show a message that the project stops if you eject the SD card. You can cancel the action, and the project is not changed. If you remove the SD card without the SYS SD1 Eject tag, a message shows that the project is stopped.
The project exists on the SD card inserted in SD1 and you want to restore the project to the panel, but you remove the SD card.
