C-more establishes a single TCP connection through which a single CIP connection is used. Consult your PLC manufacturer on the number of each available to your specific PLC model.
The CIP connection is released when the TCP connection is terminated in an orderly manner. If the connection cannot be terminated in an orderly manner, for example, power loss at the C-more panel, the connection will not be released until the Inactivity Timeout (configured in Panel Manager) is reached.

One TCP connection is established for each C-more panel.
