Memory Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Unless you have SD1 installed when you download the project to the panel, the project file stores in the panel internal flash memory.
If an SD card is installed in the SD1 slot, the OS assumes you want to use this for project memory.
A project in the internal flash memory clears when you load a project to the SD to prevent two different projects resident in the panel.
But if you install the SD card after you download the project, the project remains in the panel internal flash memory.
After a power cycle, the panel looks in SD1 Slot for the project.

The base project size is still limited to 26MB/82MB, depending on panel size.
If you do not use an SD, the overall project size including Fonts and Recipe Sheets is limited to 26MB/82MB, depending on panel size.
