The Tool Option affects the programming software. They don’t affect the display on a panel screen.

Tool Option Choices:

• A Warning Option for importing tag databases for Allen-Bradley devices that include non-standard Data types. For more information see the Allen-Bradley Non-standard Data Type Usage topic.
• An option for whether boxes drawn with the mouse will include objects contained entirely in the box, or all objects touched by and included in the box.
• An option to highlight objects in the project workspace when the mouse pointer scans across them, that is, highlight objects before they are clicked on.
• An option to select how color palettes display in object configuration windows.
