Use these settings with the image above as reference:
- IP Address: Enter the IP Address of the AB Micro800 CPU. It can be found using the Connected Components Workbench Software discussed on next subject below.
- Port (0–65535): Set the EtherNet/IP listening TCP port number on the PLC. The default value is 44818. This field can be changed in the event that the C-more panel needs to access the PLC through a firewall using NAT.
- CPU Slot Number (0–247): This is the Slot Number of the CPU. The default value is 0. This field should not be changed unless there is a processor added to another slot (functionality did not yet exist at the time this document was developed).
- Retries (0-10): The C-more panel will send a request to the Micro800 CPU. If the CPU does not reply within the specified “Response Timeout” period, the C-more panel will send the request again up to the number of Retries. Once the Retry count (specified in this field) limit has been reached, the C-more panel will display a PLC Timeout error on the screen.
- Connection Timeout (1-30) (in 1 second units): This is the amount of Time (in seconds) that the panel will wait on a TCP connection from the Micro800 CPU.
- Inactivity Timeout (8, 16, 32, 64 and 128) (in 1 second units): If the C-more panel does not send a Message within the time period specified in this field, the AB Micro 800 CPU will close the connection to free up its resources.
- Response Timeout (100-30000) (in 1ms units): This is the amount of Time (in 1ms units) that the panel will wait on the Command reply from the Micro800 after sending a request. After the Timeout timer expires, it will then retry.
- Poll Time (0-30000 msec): This is the amount of Time (in milliseconds) that the panel will wait in between each request.
