Import Message Database

Import Message Database enables a user to import a Message Database that has been exported from another project.

To import a Message Database, do the following:

1. From the File menu, select Import and then Message Database

• The Open window opens.

2. Once the file is found and selected, double-click the file name or click Open.

• The Import Message Database window opens as shown below.

This window displays the selected file path from the previous window and provides two options to select for the Import process.

• Import Message that have the Same Message #: If not checked, the program will only Import Message numbers that are not already in the Database. When checked, the program will overwrite Messages that have the same Message Number. This box is not checked by default.
• My File Contains a Header Row: When checked, the first row of the file is not imported (title row). When unchecked, all rows will be imported (including the header row)

5. Click the Import button.
