Export a Message Database

Export Message Database enables a user to export an existing Message Database in an.xls file format.

To export a Message Database:

  1. From the File menu, select Export and then Message Database.

  • The Export Message Database window opens.

  1. In the Save in field, click the Browse button and browse for the folder in which the exported Message Database will be saved.
  2. Select the folder and click OK.
  3. In the File Name field, enter the file name.
  4. Click Export.
